Hello. My name is Victor Manuel Chitay Top, and I am the pastor of Jesus Viene, Alianza Cristiana y Misionera. I have been a leader in my church for 22 years and a pastor for 14. The church was founded in 1996 and we have approximately 200 members. Our goal as a church is to evangelize and be mission-minded. I want to disciple the members and have a healthy church so that our lives and testimonies may impact the community. I want us to be able to see the needs of the community and help to improve them. I wish for our church to model Christ’s love for others.

Hi, I am Pete. I have been on staff at Casas por Cristo since September of 2001, with my wife Abby joining in the summer of 2005. I also served as a summer intern for three summers prior to coming on staff. After serving several years as the Juárez Field Director, I moved to Guatemala to serve as the Field Director there. I am now the Director of Central America, overseeing our Guatemala and Nicaragua locations. I am privileged to be a part of leading and helping set the vision and direction of the ministry. Abby and I have five children: Eden, Charlotte, Ezra, Samuel, and Solomon.
