Pastor’s Goal

Pastor Jorge believes that the family receiving a home would make a huge impact on their lives. Not only would this give them a place to call home, but it would also be an awesome opportunity for them to grow as believers.

Welcome Video

Hi! I'm Brendan Noerper, and I am from Millstadt, Illinois. My first mission trip was in 2015 when my youth group and I came to Acuña, México to build two homes with Casas. That trip opened my eyes to missions and the impact it has on the world. A year and a half later, I joined a team from a church in Illinois who was building a home in the Dominican Republic over the New Year. During that trip, I decided that I was ready to apply to be an intern for Casas. I had the privilege of interning for Casas in Acuña during the summer of 2017. It changed my life, and I cannot begin to describe the work God has done. Upon returning home, I decided to apply to be full time staff with Casas and spent 18 months in the El Paso/Juárez location as a field coordinator after getting hired. I moved to the Acuna department in August of 2019 to serve there as a field coordinator. There's no doubt God is using me for his glory. This journey is amazing, and God is doing great things.

Welcome Video

Hello, I’m Donnie. The Lord has blessed me with the opportunity to serve youth and adults throughout the Midwest and Latin America for more than 20 years. God began my journey in Missouri when He led me to be the Director of Student Ministry from 1996 to 2004 at St. John Lutheran Church in Ellisville, MO. My very first youth team to serve with Casas por Cristo in Juárez, México came shortly after in 1997. The next door that God guided me and my family through was to serve the youth in Aurora, IL, as the Director of Student Ministry at Crossroads Community Church. I continued to take youth, college students, and adults to serve in Juárez, as well as in Belize and Guatemala via short term missions. From 2006 to 2009 I held a position on the Casas por Cristo Board. The love of my life, Leslie, continuously supports the plans that God has for our lives. We are the proud parents to Chelsea, Josh, and Nick, and we have six beautiful grandchildren.

Welcome Video

Hi, I’m Dusty Cockerell, and I am from Fairfield, Texas. I am married to my lovely wife, Cristian, and we have three beautiful girls, Kynlee, Kyla, and Ellie Kate. I went on my first Casas build in December of 2016 and immediately became hooked on what God was doing through Casas por Cristo. We moved to El Paso in October 2017 to begin serving with Casas. I love helping people, and what better way than serving with Casas? I am serving as a Juárez Field Coordinator. I am honored to be a part of this team and am grateful to have such great Christian coworkers.
