Hello. My name is Virginia Hernandez Espinoza, and I am the pastor of Iglesia Bautista Camino de Salvación (The Way of Salvation Baptist Church). I have been serving in ministry for more than 12 years. Our church enjoys visiting people in their homes and presenting Christ to them. We call this program “Winning Souls,” and we visit families each Saturday morning. We are passionate about reaching the lost and bringing them to the feet of Christ. We hope to be a blessing to our community as we offer spiritual help to others.

My name is Nick Wille. I am from St. Louis, Missouri. My first and only trip was back in 2007 when I was a freshman in high school. It was my first time out of the country for a mission trip, and it was an amazing and eye opening experience for me. I've since graduated with a degree in Industrial Technology from Ranken Technical college in St. Louis. I love to work with my hands and build things. I also volunteered a lot with my home church youth group and loved working with the students. I've completed two internships with Casas por Cristo during the summers of 2014 and 2015. They were awesome opportunities. I met great new friends and just fell in love with the ministry. I am now working in Acuña Mexico. I love getting to be the hands and feet of Christ, and I'm so excited to see what God has for me and Acuña.

My name is Devin Hilfirty. The Lord became king of my heart eight years ago and changed my heart in a way I did not know was possible. Though I gave up my passion for competitive gymnastics to pursue a deeper relationship with God and my new church family, He has given me countless gifts of far superior quality then anything I could ever deserve. A few of those gifts have been weeks spent building with Casas over the last four years. The last year of life has been extraordinarily difficult, and my faith was left badly beaten and bruised. The Lord rocked my world in a deeply personal way at the beginning of April this year while building with Casas, and it was then I knew I needed to devote a summer reconnecting with my purpose and my Love. I am more than grateful I get to build homes and love families in that journey of reconnecting. He is kind and He is good.
