Meet the pastor sponsoring this family

Arturo Hernandez Escobar
Pastor of: Templo Vida Nueva

Hello, my name is Arturo Hernández Escobar. My wife, María, and I have been pastors for 27 years and we are currently serving at Templo Vida Nueva (New Life Temple). Our church is a missions church, which means there is a heavy focus on evangelization. Our goal for the church is to build a cafeteria where members of our church can eat and fellowship together. Our goals for the community are to clean up the streets and parks, do more evangelism campaigns in our schools, and preach the Word of God to all.

Welcome Video

Hey. I'm Mary Cadarette, and I am from northern Michigan. I was introduced to Casas through my campus ministry, His House Christian Fellowship, during my freshman year of college. After doing my first trip, I did two summer internships with the ministry in our Juárez location. Throughout both of my internships, I fell in love with this ministry, the city of Juárez, and the families we get to serve. During my second internship, it became obvious to me that there was a need in the ministry for more full-time employees. I put in my application, and ever since I did, God has been opening doors and continues to make it possible for me to be here. I intend to serve here as long as God keeps the door open. I am thankful and honored to be a part of what God is doing through Casas, and I intend to make the most of this incredible opportunity.
