Salutations! We're the Sanders Family, and we are originally from the Mt. Carmel, Illinois area. I (Roberta) serve as the operations manager while Travis (my husband) leads builds. We have two adorable kids, Violet and Harvey. We fell in love with the ministry of Casas in high school and college while on mission trips to Juárez. God moved our hearts to serve as interns with Casas in 2005 and 2006, and the rest is history. We love how building homes for families in need tangibly shows God's love. One of our favorite things about Casas is how the ministry builds relationships between families and local pastors and churches as a way to meet their spiritual needs.
