It’s official, our Nicaragua team arrived in Chinandega earlier this week! After all the work that’s gone into setting up this new location, we are beyond excited for everything to start officially coming together. Thank you all so much for your prayers and support throughout this process! We could not have done this without you.

“Before we came here, our ministry partner, Carlos, said he had big news for me but would not tell me until we arrived. After running a few errands together, I said, “Well are you ready to tell me?” He was so excited he could barely get it out. He told me that he came here early to begin working with the pastors and took it upon himself to visit the families that will be receiving homes. He visited 27 of the 30 families. Of those 30, 15 families were not Christians. Pete, CpC’s Director of Central America, challenged our pastors to reach out and spread the Gospel, so of course, Carlos and the pastors were reaching out and ministering to these families. 30 individuals from these families told Carlos and their pastors that they are ready to begin their relationship with Christ! Consequently, Carlos asked if their baptism could be part of the dedication ceremony. I would say we are off to a good start!”

How to get involved:
  • Please be in prayer for our staff in Nicaragua, Wayland & Katherine Dietrich and Weston & Melissa Lott, as they settle into their new homes and start ministering to the people of Chinandega.
  • Purchase items off of our Amazon wishlist to support the launch of our Nicaragua location! There are many items we need such as office supplies, tools, etc. to set up our team housing and office and warehouse space. Click the button below to see what we still need! We need all donated items in by August 15 so we can ship the container off to our team in Nicaragua.
  • Register your team to build with us in Nicaragua in 2020! These families are ready to experience Jesus Christ in their lives, so join us in spreading the Gospel to this community.
