Meet the pastor sponsoring this family
Manuel de Jesus Sian Ajuix
Pastor of: Iglesia de Cristo de Rueal Guit
Hello. My name is Manuel de Jesus Sian Ajvix, and I am the pastor of Iglesia Evangelica de Cristo Realhuit. I have been serving in ministry for five years. I hope for our community to believe in Jesus Christ and to see the congregation grow. Our goal as a church is to bring more souls to the feet of Christ and to continue preaching the Gospel to those who do not know him. We pray for all the people in our community to grow closer to Him so they can be forgiven and receive salvation.

Welcome Video
Hi, I am Pete. I have been on staff at Casas por Cristo since September of 2001, with my wife Abby joining in the summer of 2005. I also served as a summer intern for three summers prior to coming on staff. After serving several years as the Juárez Field Director, I moved to Guatemala to serve as the Field Director there. I am now the Director of Central America, overseeing our Guatemala and Nicaragua locations. I am privileged to be a part of leading and helping set the vision and direction of the ministry. Abby and I have five children: Eden, Charlotte, Ezra, Samuel, and Solomon.

Welcome Video
Hi, my name is Michael Vo. I interned with Casas in the summer of 2016. I told myself I was going to come back for a second internship, but I ended up going home and getting involved with my home church's youth group! I served as a small group leader for middle school boys. I felt like I was needed at the church, so I decided to stay home and not return for another internship with Casas. I played college baseball for a year and a half, and while that was going on our youth pastor left, and the youth group fell through. Not knowing which direction to take, I spent a lot of time in prayer and community. At the same time, Casas por Cristo kept appearing in the back of my mind. I realized that from the time of my first internship until now, I was ignoring God's call. I can tell you now with confidence that I am here to serve this organization with all of me!
