AVAILABLE STAFF POSITIONS

In order to keep our project costs as low as possible, all of our staff missionaries fundraise the majority of their salaries. This will be required of all applicants. We know this can be intimidating, but we will provide you with the tools and resources necessary to be successful in your fundraising efforts.

JUÁREZ FIELD MANAGER

ROLE: The role of a Juárez Field Manager is to assist the Vice President in accomplishing tasks and goals set in the location in which they serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The following list of responsibilities is not comprehensive. Additional tasks may be requested at the discretion of the Vice President of Field Operations.

Pastor’s Committee

  • Attend and lead pastor’s meetings when the Field Manager or VP are unavailable
  • Be a spiritual asset and assist the direction of the committee
  • Empower the local pastors to share the Gospel with families
  • Collect and pass out family applications at the discretion of the VP

Operations

  • Build as needed
  • Assist the VP by overseeing the Field Coordinators
  • Order and maintain materials
  • Assist in material inventory
  • Order, replace, and maintain tool kits
  • Oversee maintenance of ministry properties and fleet vehicles

Team Care

  • Maintain team relations
  • Assist with interns within the field
  • Schedule builds
  • Assign team accommodations and transportation
  • Help the VP create and maintain a healthy workplace environment
  • Lead team in a Christ-like manner

General Tasks

  • Learn and maintain proficiency in both Google Drive and Salesforce
  • Help VP plan and oversee the field budget
  • Partner with VP to oversee quality control of field
  • Train new staff hired under the field manager
  • Manage local bank account and transfers

LOCATION: El Paso, Texas / Juárez, México (This is not a remote position)

JUÁREZ FIELD COORDINATOR

ROLE: The role of a Juárez Field Coordinator is to be the spiritual leader for the pastor’s committee through their actions and leadership. Additionally, they are called to help and assist the Field Manager in accomplishing tasks and goals set in the location in which they serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The following list of responsibilities is not comprehensive. Additional tasks may be requested at the discretion of the Field Manager or the Vice President of Field Operations.

• Maintain team relations
• Assist with interns at the Field Manager’s discretion
• Help lead daily staff devotionals
• Maintain a Christ-centered work culture
• Maintain healthy communication with coworkers

General Tasks
• Film the First Look and Follow-Up videos
• Enter the application data for families
• Making build packets
• Learn and maintain proficiency in both Google Drive and Salesforce
• Turn in receipts and return emails in a timely manner

LOCATION: El Paso, Texas / Juárez, México (This is not a remote position)

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

ROLE: The role of the Human Recourse Manager is to ensure that all other staff members have the supplies and insurance they need to be most effective in their position. The following list of responsibilities is not comprehensive, additional tasks may be requested at the discretion of the President & CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Provide insurance for staff members & families: health, dental, travel, etc.
  • Enroll new staff in retirement programs.
  • Review and update files year to year (Policies & Procedures, handbook, job descriptions).
  • Maintain employ files 
  • Keep accurate records and notes for Friday Morning Meetings.
  • Staff moral & encouragement 
  • Ensure federal & state law compliance and non-profit status paperwork.
  • Hire and keep the schedules for support staff.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

  • Order office supplies and keep reserves stocked.
  • Keep up with organizing areas & appearances.
  • Ensure that each employee has the equipment and/or training they need to do their job effectively.
  • Maintain stock of toiletries and paper products.
  • Make sure office equipment is kept in good condition and serviced regularly.

GENERAL

  • Build as needed.

LOCATION: El Paso, Texas (This is not a remote position)

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
JOB PURPOSE: The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the President and Vice Presidents, ensuring seamless execution of their responsibilities. The EA manages schedules, coordinates meetings, handles confidential information, archiving and handling of legal files, travel arrangements, and serves as a key point of contact between the leadership team and the rest of the staff. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a high level of interpersonal skills.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILLTIES:
  • Maintain accurate staff & board member records.
  • Board of Trustees liaison
  • Organize staff retreat and annual outings.
  • Review schedule with President and CEO.
  • Handle miscellaneous paperwork for the President & CEO.
  • Transcribe and archive interactions in noteworthy meetings.
  • Assist the leadership team with daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Make travel arrangements for leadership team and board members.
  • Build as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Attend devotions and meetings with CpC staff regularly
• Be flexible in realizing that ministry is not always conducive to 9-5 workdays

HONDURAS FIELD COORDINATOR

ROLE: The role of a Honduras Field Coordinator is to be the spiritual leader for the pastor’s committee through their actions and leadership. Additionally, they are called to help and assist the Field Manager in accomplishing tasks and goals set in the location in which they serve.

CASAS CREATIVE

ROLE: The responsibility of a Casas Creative is to effectively and creatively convey the mission and tell the stories of the ministry through the production of digital media in various forms.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Depending on the individual’s skills/interests, you will work with our creative team to coordinate, produce, and distribute content to promote the ministry and effectively create and design within the Casas brand. Creative skills and interests may include design, videography, photography, creative writing, social media, marketing, etc. Base knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and DSLR cameras is required. Lead builds, just as our full-time staff missionaries do. We will provide all the training and resources necessary.

CASAS CREATIVE VIDEOGRAPHER

ROLE: As a Videographer, you will capture and produce high-quality videos that highlight the impact of our work in the communities we serve. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in videography and editing but also passionate about sharing the stories of life change through our ministry.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Depending on the individual’s skills/interests, you will work with our creative team to coordinate, produce, and distribute content to promote the ministry and effectively create and design within the Casas brand. Creative skills and interests may include design, videography, social media, marketing, etc. Base knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and DSLR cameras is required. Lead builds, just as our full-time staff missionaries do. We will provide all the training and resources necessary.
