If you are ready to register your group of at least 15 people for a mission trip, please see our build availability calendar or contact our scheduling department (915.778.0046 or firstname.lastname@example.org) to confirm dates prior to completing the form above.
Group trips can be scheduled any time throughout the year provided we have space on our calendar with a few exceptions. We do not allow any trips to Guatemala from mid-August through September due to heavy rainfall. We do not allow trips to any location during our annual staff retreat the week after the 2nd Friday in September. For trips to México during the month of March, we will not allow teams to be in México on Saturdays or Sundays. For all México trips, we recommend not beginning your build on a Sunday. We cannot get concrete delivered on Sundays, so if you would like to begin your trip on Sunday, you can pour concrete by hand or wait until Monday morning for a concrete truck.
Your registration is not complete until your $1,000 non-refundable deposit is received. You can pay online with a credit/debit card or by sending a check to Casas por Cristo, PO Box 971070, El Paso, TX 79997. If you pay online, please choose “Group Trip: $1,000 deposit/project” from the drop-down menu and type your team name and trip date in the comments section. If you pay by check, please write your team name and trip date in the memo line.
Your final trip payment is due 30 days prior to your trip. Your group size cannot be adjusted lower on your invoice after hitting the 30 days prior deadline.

If none of these dates for a Team Casas trip works for you, just fill out the form above, select “Join a Team”, and put the dates you would like to travel in the additional information section. We will do our best to pair you with a team that already has a trip planned.*
If you are ready to register as an individual for a Team Casas trip, please fill out the form above. If a trip is already scheduled, registrations will be accepted until the trip takes place. If a trip is not yet scheduled, we must reach the minimum number of participants by the deadline in order to schedule the trip. Do NOT make travel arrangements until we have confirmed that the trip is scheduled.
